We confirm that we are committed to protect your privacy and keeping your data secure. We use a variety of security measures and procedures to help protect your personal information from unauthorised access.
When you contact us via our telephone helpline or make a visit to an advice centre, your contact details and your child's details are documented along with the reason for your call/visit and any advice given. This information is held should you need to contact us again, and is also used anonymously in the compilation of statistics to monitor the effectiveness of our services.
If you contact us via an email link on our website or whilst making an event booking, your personal information will only be used for us to contact you.
No personal data you send us will be disclosed to a third party without your permission.
