Can I pay online and collect from an Advice Centre?
Yes, and we will refund the p&p costs
Just place your order in the normal way and once it is accepted go to the Contact Us page and send an email stating that you would like to collect from an Advice Centre.
We will let them know that you will be collecting your items, and refund the postage charge.
Your order will then be assigned a status of delivered.
I wish to cancel my order what should I do?
Use the Contact Us page to notify us that you wish to cancel your order, you can do this anytime up until the order status is marked as despatched.
If we have already sent your order then you will need to follow the Returns process
